The HPEngage app is a mobile application designed to assist the sales team in maintaining a custom library of sales tools and resources as well as a document management system. This is to allow the user to download and store sale materials from the cloud to the app locally in order to access what is needed if the user is ever offline.
I managed the HPEngage App project where I took lead in the UX and design for this project. Upon joining, the product was limitedly known and did not create an ideal experience for the intended user. I walked the client and Insight team through user flows, wireframes and the eventual visual design I created. I lead discovery sessions where I collected user data for a major feature. The Sales Guide was a feature intended to assist the user in drilling down to the resources that fit their needs.
