InMotion Web App: A Change Management Tool
InMotion is an internal Organizational Change Management (OCM) tool designed to help consultants manage client initiatives within a centralized, user-friendly application. The goal of the project was to transform a complex, spreadsheet-driven process into an intuitive digital product.
The resulting application enables consultants to assess OCM maturity across a portfolio of change initiatives, identify high-impact opportunities for training and coaching and data into actionable insights.

As a consultant at Insight, I partnered with the Transformation Services team to transform the OCM Scorecard into a scalable, user-friendly product. The existing solution, built in Excel, was difficult to manage, insecure and not designed to scale across multiple client initiatives.
The new solution enables consultants to manage their change initiatives in one centralized platform, using data visualization to monitor initiative health, track trends over time, review assessment outcomes and capture qualitative insights through comments. Users can easily drill into individual initiatives and assessments, turning static data into actionable insight. Through stakeholder and user interviews, I identified key pain points and opportunities, which informed the creation of personas, user flows and a streamlined end-to-end experience. The result is a more reliable and secure platform that supports current consulting workflows and positions the product for future commercial use by external organizations managing their own portfolios.
Following design validation, I modularized the interface into a reusable design system, defining component governance to ensure consistency and scalability across the application. This foundation enables efficient front-end development and long-term product growth.
Development
Once the designs were finalized, work was broken up into features and refined. I began work on the front-end while pairing with a back-end developer working together on integration. InMotion was built within a Blazor framework. My role during development was creating the UI components and building out the design system.
