Insight x HPE Sales Support Mobile App

HPEngage is a mobile application built to support sale teams by providing a centralized, customizable library of sales tools, resources and documents. The app allows users to download and securely store materials locally from the cloud, ensuring the critical resources remain accessible even when offline.

I served as the UX and Design Lead for the HPEngage app, managing the project end-to-end. When I joined, the product was not well understood by stakeholders and offered a fragmented user experience that did not align with sales team workflows. I partnered closely with the client and Insight team to clarify product goals and redefine the experience.

I led the design process from discovery through final visual design, guiding stakeholders through user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity designs. I also facilitated discovery sessions to gather user insights that directly informed the creation of a major feature: Sales Guide. This feature was designed to help users quickly drill down to the most relevant sales resources based on their specific needs, improving efficiency and usability in the field.
